All PROCODE_DRESS products are custom fabricated to order. Returns and refunds are therefore not accepted.
However, If you believe your garment has a defect, you are able to send it back to us within 7 days of your item being delivered to you. An inspection where we will repair or replace your garment as deemed appropriate. You must contact us first to start the process.
Our custom PROCODE_DRESS products are made to order to reduce waste, requiring 1-2 months for production. Standard USPS shipping takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery within the US. Currently, we only offer US Domestic Shipping. International shipping is available on the Not Just A Label website. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
